Projects Quentin have been involved in range from the identification of options for the future structure of the HR function for a regulatory body, establishing and implementing a job grading system for a small charity and investigating a complex grievance comprising of 84 allegations of race and sex discrimination.
Previous to his 12 years in consultancy, Quentin was Head of Employment Relations for the RAC and was HR Director for the Rubicon Corporation, an insurance third party administrator.
