Interdependence is the ability of team members to stand strong individually and work together to produce ideas, solutions and products that surpass those any individual could produce working alone.

But interdependence doesn’t just happen. It requires an understanding of the team's collective strengths, weaknesses, drivers and motivations, as well as an understanding of each members default communication style. And that is where we start. 

Using established and validated team diagnostics, we help the team establish individual and team objectives and values. We then agree ways of working between members that maximises individual and group performance.
