Director of Akenham, Will’s specialism is behaviour change – ensuring the efforts of individuals are focused on the needs of the business. Will has a Masters Degree in Organisational Behaviour and has over 10 years experience of designing solutions for public and private sector organisations.
Will has designed and developed our online 360° feedback platform that is capable of assessing and developing managers against role / company specific values and competencies – a system that has been highly rated by our clients, including Nissan Design Europe, Norfolk Line Maersk and ISG Jacksons. Will’s most recent innovation is the development of Akenham’s Management Interactive series which provides bite sized interactive management workouts that challenge the mindsets of managers, inspiring them to achieve greater results for themselves and for their organisation.
