Carole Elliott
Carole gained much of her experience within the Cadbury Schweppes Group, working in both the manufacturing and commercial functions. She now works for a variety of organisations in both the private and public sector working with people at all levels, she helps them, in groups or individually, to grow and develop in confidence, competence and performance through training, one to one or group coaching and career transition support.
For the last 4 years Carole has been focused on developing the leadership capabilities of middle and senior managers through one to one coaching and the delivery of workshops to introduce them to key coaching skills enabling them to empower and effectively build on, and develop, the performance of their staff.
