Adrian Ward MSc
Adrian Ward is Akenham’s lead consultant and specialises in the field of performance management, helping organisations to maximise the commercial and motivational value of their Performance Management systems and practices.
Adrian holds an MSc (Merit) in Organisational Behaviour and is a Sessional Lecturer for Birkbeck's Masters degree in Organisational Change.
Adrian has built a number of long term relationships with organisations across both the public (MOD, NHS, local govt) and private (Retail, Financial Services, Media, Transport, Marketing & Distribution, Civil Engineering) sector.
Prior to joining Akenham, Adrian was Head of Performance Management for the LloydsTSB group, responsible for raising the standard of people development across a blue chip financial services organisation employing over 80,000 people worldwide.
