Learning Champions
Learning Champions is a fully funded project running until March 2008, which allows you to select a member of your staff and have them trained by us for FREE to become your source of in house advice on training and development.
We have designed a range of programmes to meet the needs of anyone who is involved (or wants to get involved) with Learning and Development in their organisation.
Which ever programme you choose, you'll be able to access our on-line support service which contains information on how we can help you to secure your own training funding and training initiatives taking place across the county. You will also be invited to our regular networking groups and be able to take advantage of a number of additional FREE workshops on Learning & Development we will be running during the year – ‘Facilitation Techniques for Trainers’, ‘Managing Performance’ and ‘Coaching Techniques’ to name but a few.
We have the following one day courses taking place over the next couple of months in Ipswich, Colchester and Bury St. Edmunds. Arrival 8.45am for a 9am start. Outline of the day is as follows;
