The Coaching Skills programme is designed to introduce managers to the concept of coaching and equip them with the basic skills to coach their teams. The programme will offer delegates plenty of opportunity to practise their coaching skills in a safe and confidential environment, focusing particularly on the challenges of managing in a climate of continuous change. Successful completion of the programme earns the candidate an ILM Development Award.

The Internal Coach

The Internal Coach programme is designed to give leaders and managers the skills they need to perform effectively in the role of internal mentor or coach. The programme will enable candidates to understand the nature and role of coaching and mentoring in developing management capability and in supporting coachees to develop themselves and their careers. Internal coaches continue their development with ongoing Masters Classes and Supervision.

Professional Support for Internal Coaches & Mentors

Professional Coaching Supervision is a necessity for all coaches and will help you to maintain the quality and standard of your Internal Coaching Team. Supervision run by an experienced Professional Coaching Supervisor provides a confidential outlet for coaches to talk about their case load and learn from other and more experienced coaches. Supervision is provided on an individual or group basis and the frequency of sessions will depend on the amount of coaching being carried out.
