ISG Jackson has announced the creation of a new in-house training and development academy to reinforce its commitment to recruiting, training and retaining the most talented individuals within the construction industry. The launch of 'ISG Jackson Academy' brings together the company's existing training and development programmes into a formal business strategy, enabling access to the very best training resources and the implementation of tailored development programmes for each and every person within the organisation.

Akenham’s role is to work with the most senior personnel to ensure succession and continued skill development at the very top of the business. Our work builds on the foundations laid down by the ISG Jackson Academy which provides a structured training and development path for individuals at every level within the business.
