Peter has a strong background in HR Management covering HR systems, Training and Development, Strategy and Operations within the Financial Services Industry and Engineering. A strong ‘people person’ who understands the value of supporting, motivating, and guiding colleagues to get the best from themselves and hence the organisations they work for. Since 2000, has been self-employed delivering ‘Outplacement services’, predominantly on a one to one (over 500 clients) and group basis and other developmental programmes.
