Carole Elliott
Carole has been involved in coaching and outplacement support for many years and has experience providing these services to a variety of organisations in both the private and public sector.
Carole gained much of her training and development experience during a 13 year career within the Cadbury Schweppes Group, working in both the manufacturing and commercial functions. She has also managed her own training consultancy for 6 years which involved a significant number of coaching and outplacement projects.
When coaching “one to one” Carole helps the client grow and develop in terms of confidence, competence and performance.
Carole has experience in:
- Coaching managers one to one working on issues such as:- communicating upwards effectively, managing a new team with cultural differences, developing self confidence, appreciating the impact of own behaviour on others and influencing others etc.
- Coaching individuals through a career change within outplacement programmes
- Training managers to use coaching skills when managing the performance of their staff
